  • 2 to 3-hour session.
  • Covering either the Application process OR Interview preparation tailored to your students/clients.
  • Two or more workshops can be designed as a series for a more extended coverage of the career process.
  • Up to 30 attendees.
$4,000 per workshop*

Half Day In-Person Workshop

Focused Activity e.g. CV and application skills or Preparing for Interview.

  • Up to 4 hours of in-person workshop.
  • Covering either the Application process OR Interview preparation tailored to your students/clients.
  • Up to 30 attendees.
$9,000 per workshop*

Full Day In-Person Workshop

Comprehensive Coverage of All Aspects of the Job Application Process.

  • Up to 8 hours of in-person workshop.
  • Able to fully cover the Application and Interview Preparation process OR go into more depth of either of these.
  • Up to 30 attendees.
  • 2 faculty minimum required.

We will work with you to develop a tailored workshop to meet your medical student/doctor needs.

Shorter workshops typically

We provide all the teaching and training resources, including handouts and workshop evaluations—as well as faculty.

For online training, we also provide the meeting platform. We are currently finding the AirMeet a very engaging online meeting and summit tool.

Full-day workshops generally require a minimum of 2 faculty.

Online workshops and half-day workshops generally require 1 faculty.

You are expected to provide a list of attendees and handle registrations.

For in-person workshops, we request that you provide the venue, including catering and audiovisual.

Audiovisual requirements are generally a video projector or large AV screen with the ability to connect an external computer and play sound.

Larger workshops may require a microphone.

If you have a larger number of attendees, we may request additional faculty to ensure adequate engagement with all attendees.

The costs above are indicative and subject to full scoping of your workshop requirements. The costs above do not necessarily include the additional costs for faculty travel and accommodation where required.

Our main facilitator is based in Newcastle, NSW with direct access to all Eastern mainland capitals by car or plane, as well as Adelaide.
